Who we are
Aster Works is a trading name of Neves Seven Ltd, the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have any questions about this notice or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@asterworks.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use our contact form or the quote builder, that means your name, email address, and the project details you share so we can understand what you need. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote and take the conversation forward. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
Our website and its forms are hosted on Netlify. When you submit a form, Netlify processes and stores that submission on our behalf and forwards it to us by email. We only use your data within Neves Seven Ltd to reply to you — we never sell it or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote correspondence for as long as we're in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@asterworks.co.uk and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
